'ello there!
Mood:
My name is Mia but I'm known as Katze on the internet, and this is my website. Here you can learn more about myself, my interests and what I tolerate and what I don't when interacting with me. I recommend you to read my take on RPF, avaible at the about section.
If you were wondering, yes, I coded this site all by myself! Besides of drawing, eating sweets and crying over Ringo the whole day, I like coding. I did another website in the past but I left it kinda abandoned... I'm not sure if I'm gonna finish it sometime soon, but, in case you were curious, it's linked here.
I tried to give this one a nostalgic style, like one of those old Beatles-fanblogs from 2007 where you get into at 3 am to find a picture of George that you saw once and never again or to find an mp3 file of a lost take of the Help! album. Also a bit of an early sixties vibe to feel like I'm a teenager in the sixties with Internet access.

PLEASE, PLEASE READ:
While I claim that I do not feel uncomfortable with RPF (real people fiction), I have an opinion on that.
First: I don't really care as long as it's not proshipping or a harming headcanon. Be free. Draw gyaru John Lennon if you want. Second: I do ship The Beatles myself, BUT, listen to me. I do believe in, for example, McLennon; but it is not a Sleepy McReality way nor in a "omg yaoi!1! they fuck eash oder, tehee :3c" way. No. I have been researching about them two since I started being a beatlemaniac. I know about their complex friendship. I know about John's bisexuality & intense relationship with Paul and George; about how John treated George when they were younger; about how Paul wanted to look like John's idol and John like Paul's; about how Paul fought with others for John's attention; about the intense rage and sadness John had inside; the songs they made for each other. Oh, and their childhoods too. Etc, etc, etc. I have been into them more than you could imagine (normal amount of time for a beatles stan, actually, lol) and I still keep researching. The same with Lennison (and Starrison is only a joke at this point... I do not stand this ship at all).
I understand 2014 girl's raging hormones and thirst for yaoi and fanart/fics of gay couples (?) and I can see why McLennon is judged the way it is nowadays, but believe me, that's not how I see it. I do enjoy drawing some fluff from time to time, not gonna lie, but my point of view on the topic is deeper than only needy corny art. It is. I hope this disclaim success on explaining the way I see and draw them. And to whoever who is reading this: If you like The Beatles, I invite you to learn and educate yourself more about them and their relationships. It's a lot, but it is worth it to understand and analyze.

Feel free to DM me! I'm pretty introvert myself so I don't usually message anyone, but I'm always open to talk (with respect ofc) - I don't judge. (≧ω≦ )
